   This comic is a masterpiece. I could just look at the artwork with no captions. I love the composition, the observational whimsy of what people having fun on the water look like from underneath, and the absurdity of the crazy homeless fish with his underwater radio, but the radio broadcast too is amazing. It hits so many bases without being nonsense or politically stereotypical. Awesome.
