OMG, it’s the body belonging to the head from Descender 20. I thought it was an appendage of the circle guy. We learn that the circle guys are aliens, not security robots or something, because they call the Descender an alien. We learn that their riding beast is called a belcher, and based on that name and the events of this strip perhaps its primary purpose is to barf on people: i.e. it is a ridable weapon as opposed to a weaponized mode of transport. And we know the scale of the circle guys wrt humans.
The belcher has cartoon stitch marks up its belly. Think that it swallowed the wrong thing and had to be opened, or that those are just cartoon streth marks? Think it ate the Nimby Chicken?

Me: You’re on the ball! And yeah, they’re basically cartoon stretch marks. My predilection for hatching almost makes them look like stitches though.
