Message repeat for people who didn’t see last Thursday’s 1989:
For the next month or so, Riotfish will be updating Monday through Friday. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays there’ll be a single Newspaper Comic Strip posted, and on Thursdays and Fridays we’ll put up a sinlge page of 1989. It will end up being almost the exact same amount of comics, just spread out a little more. Also, we’re curious about how our readers will view this change, so feedback would be appreciated!

    Thanks for going to daily updates! Comics having a schedule makes a surprizingly big difference to a reader. I’d be sad if it was less than daily, because I just discovered your site and have greedily devoured the entire archive. Your stuff is great, please keep it coming.

    Basically we’re trying to figure out if readers prefer Newspaper Comic Strip in a sort of full page format, or spread out like a newspaper comic strip daily (which it isn’t, really). It’s a question of flow, and how people like to be hosed down with our comics, so we appreciate the feedback.

    (in this metaphor, riotfish is a fire hose that sprays comics instead of water to put out the thirsty fire that is the readers).
